• Prior to and following the preparation of the Odia Satvik Bhojan, Rasabali’s Khanda Sala (kitchen) is purified, and our Bindhanis (cooks) fast until the Bhojan leaves
• Satvik Bhojan is served to Lord Jagannath in the Kitchen Temple before being sent out
