Dahi Boondia

Dahi Boondia, also known as Dahi Boondi, is an indigenous Odia sweet from Odisha, India. It consists of sweet boondi or mithi boondia topped with a medium-thick textured plain curd. To further enhance the flavor, a simple besan sev is added on top. This dish is considered an integral part of Hindu rituals, especially during Ganesh Chaturthi, Basant Panchami (Saraswati Puja), or Santoshi Mata Vrat, as it is a beloved and refreshing prasad.
