Chingudi Jhola (Prawn) by Kilo

Chingudi Jhola is an Odia version of prawn curry famous amongst any seafood lover. The seafood curry is made of tawa fried light brown medium size Tiger Prawn pieces known as chingudis’ those get slow cooked in the healthy mustard base gravy known as besar. To make the chingudi jhola more Odisha oriented, couple of finger sizes potatoes are added.
