Chhena Poda is one of the best traditional Odia Sweets made out of Pure fresh cheese. Poda in Odisha means burnt and Chhena means fresh paneer skimmed from pure cow milk. The sweet dish carries its origin from Nayagarh district of Odisha, India and is one of the favorite sweet dish from the Chhapan Bhog offered to Shri. Jagannath Puri.

The minimalist way of baking makes this unique desi dessert the purest form of daily protein dose. How to Serve:

1. Refrigerator (Overnight): Remove from freezer & place in refrigerator overnight
2. Room Temperature: Remove from freezer & leave at room temperature for approximately 60-90 mins or more for required softness
3. Microwave: Remove from freezer & microwave for approximately 1-2 mins at high temperature. Allow to stand for 3-5 mins before use
4. Serve at room temperature
