Chhena Poda is one of the best traditional Odia Sweets made out of Pure fresh cheese. Poda in Odisha means burnt and Chhena means fresh paneer skimmed from pure cow milk. This Odia sweet dish carries its origin from Nayagarh district of Odisha, India and is one of the favorite sweet dish from the Chhapan Bhog offered to Shri. Jagannath Puri.

The minimalist way of baking makes this unique desi dessert the purest form of daily protein dose. Further to make it a little more healthy, We use finest ingredients in the form of full cream Cow Milk, very regulated sugar / jaggery and few pods of green cardamom.
