Kanika (Odisha Pulav) By Kilo

Kanika alternatively known as Odisha Pulav is a lightly sweetened yellow texture aromatic rice. Traditionally Kanika is a favourite chhapan bhog dish of Lord Jagannath, Puri. The staple dish is prepared during festivals and puja. It is topped with few drops of pure cow ghee and light fried dry fruits.
