Odisha Rabdi is one one of the simplest Indian dessert . It is produced by boiling milk over low heat. Purest form of thick milk skimmed in slow flame & garnished with dry fruit flakes. Un adulterated & full of yumminess. The natural sweetness of skimmed milk keeps it homely and healthy.

How to Serve: 

  • Refrigerator (Overnight): Remove from freezer & place in refrigerator overnight 
  • Room Temperature: Remove from freezer & leave at room temperature for approximately 60-90 mins or more for required softness 
  • Microwave: Remove from freezer & microwave for approximately 1-2 mins at high temperature. Allow to stand for 3-5 mins before use 
  • Serve at room temperature
