Rasabali is a traditional Odia sweet dish and a part of Chhapan Bhog offered to Shri Baladevajew, elder brother of Lord Jagannath Puri, Odisha. This traditional Indian sweet is made of thin donut shape fresh chhena patty deep fried in pro-health rice bran oil.

Post frying, rasabali is soaked in thick skimmed milk to get the desired tenderness at the time of relishing the legatic odia sweet .

How to Serve:

  1. Refrigerator (Overnight): Remove from freezer & place in refrigerator overnight within the pack as it is
  2. Room Temperature: Remove from freezer & consume directly
  3. Microwave: Remove from freezer & microwave for approximately 1-2 mins at high temperature. Allow to stand for 3-5 mins before use
  4. Serve at room temperature
